I have finally collected and packaged all of my custom objects into one big
zip file and it is posted and ready for download just in time for the latest
track design contest at the RFJZone. I have pretty much abandoned the idea
of making a cool webpage menu for all the objects. ( if anyone is interested
in assembling a hip and cool menu with thumbnail previews please contact me
via e-mail )

It's official! RFJ Zone is staying, and there is a green light on the track contest. To read the official rules and info about the contest, visit this page. The uploading will begin on November 8th.

Track Contest

The upcoming track contest, that I had planned on being hosted by RFJ Zone, may and probably will not happen. RFJ Zone will be shutting down within the week, and when I get back from vacation on Friday I'll see what's happening.

Vacation

My family and I will be taking a trip to South Carolina tomorrow morning, and we should be back on Friday. Site updates will continue then, and Name That Nat will be continued on Friday as well. VRT_MoToZaCk is also going on a trip and Name That SX will be off for a month or so.

The Track Machine (Discuss)

I just received word of a new web site called "The Track Machine". Obviously, the site deals with tracks, and it's a new place to upload Nat/SX/Baja/Stunt tracks. I really like the look of it. Just tracks, nothing else. (This post amazingly uses the word "track" 6 times)

Jack Wenger (Scumbiker) (Discuss)

I am really sorry to say... I had emailed Jack the other day and have received this reply...

"Bernie,
I noticed this email in Jack's mailbox and thought I'd better reply. I'm
afraid I've got some bad news. Jack passed way August 8th as a result of
injuries he received in a motorcycle accident. Quite a shock to his many
many friends, which I'm sure you're among."

I am still in a state of shock. This is a very sad day for the MCM Community and I'm sure most of you are well aware of the legendary Scumbiker. We will remember you my friend...

Turtle's Surgery (Discuss)

Unexpectedly, just went through minor surgery (on my feet) and it's been real hard to get around the house. Just got on the computer in the last 30 hours. Pain medicine isn't working well, and it's hard to sleep, but I should be feeling alot better by tomorrow afternoon or maybe Monday.
